01. Are we the right fit?
If you're seeking for a personalized wedding experience, where every moment is savored and every emotion is genuine, I go beyond capturing those generic photos. 02. schedule a video chat or meet in person
One of the most important things to look for in hiring your wedding or elopement photographer is that you vibe well together! That is why I will ALWAYS want to do a video chat or meet in person to make sure we are a good fit for each other before you book with me! Once you inquire, we will set up a time that works for all three of us to talk and get to know each other more.
03. Booking & Proposal
Once we have met over video chat or in person and we both feel like we are a good fit for each other, then you can officially start the booking process! During the video chat or meeting in person, I love to create a "mock" timeline for your wedding day so you can see what the day could look like! Obviously, this is a rough draft and things will change but it's a great start!
FAQ
How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your final gallery approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding day! I take the utmost care in editing and perfecting each image to ensure you receive the highest quality photos. You will receive sneak peeks within 1 week of your special day.
do you have a travel fee?
I am located in Laramie, Wy and I don't charge for anything within 50 miles of Laramie. If your weddings is more than 50 miles away from Laramie, Wyoming, a travel fee of $0.50/per mile is applied. If the Event is more than 120 miles from Laramie, Wyoming, a charge of $125 is applied for a hotel stay. If the Event is more than 4 hours away from Laramie, Wyoming, a charge of $125/per night for a 2 night hotel stay is applied.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! As your wedding photographer, I love traveling and am available to cover your love story, no matter where it takes you! Travel costs are typically added to the wedding package after booking and will depend on where the location is. After you inquire, we can talk about it further in your consultation!
How many photos will I receive back?
I deliver anywhere from 400-500 for an elopement and intimate weddings. For larger weddings with more than 75 guests, I deliver between 500-800 images for your wedding day! I will deliver a mixture of colored and black and white images.
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
To ensure availability, it is recommended that you book my wedding photography services at least 6–12 months in advance of your wedding date. However, don't hesitate to reach out if your wedding is sooner, as dates may still be available.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, I do! I value transparency and protecting both parties. A written agreement is provided for every booking, outlining services, pricing, and key specifics. This ensures clarity and avoids misunderstandings.
